Webinar: Know CaLP Organisational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT)!

CaLP have developed an Organisational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) to allow organisations to assess their own capacity to deliver and scale-up cash transfer programmes. Since the initial development of this tool, it has been piloted, tested, and reviewed to ensure it is the best suited to organisations wishing to assess their capacity for CTP worldwide.

CaLP will be hosting a two-part webinar to discuss the findings of this OCAT review. The first webinar will be held on Tuesday 22nd December, at 1pm GMT,  and will cover the findings of the review of existing capacity assessment tools, and outline the recommendations for improvements to the tool.

The second webinar  will be held in January 2016, and will be the launch of the revised tool to introduce interested parties to the use of the tool and accompanying guidance notes.
