CaLP has developed a revised Organisational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) intended for organisations to assess their own capacity to deliver or scale-up cash transfer programmes (available here).Revisions were based on a review of CaLP’s previous OCAT as and other cash-related capacity assessment tools.

In January two webinars were held to outline the findings of the review and to introduce the revised OCAT tool and accompanying User Guide. A video of the second webinar's recording can be found here.
