Save the Date: Response Analysis Training

The Technical and Operational Performance Support (TOPS) project, in partnership with CaLP, will organize a training on response analysis June 21st in Washington, DC. The objective of this training is to build capacity of humanitarian logisticians and other operational leaders to support response analysis and its institutionalization within their agencies. The sessions will cover essential information requirements for response options analysis and engage participants in practical exercises.

The training will enable participants to:

  • Compare and rank modality and delivery mechanism options based on the implications for operations
  • Identify agency-specific response analysis systems, standard operating procedures, and responsibilities to make plans for further engagement with response analysis

The webinar is aimed for US-based PVO Managers responsible for operations, logistics or program design. The training will take place on June 21st at 1800 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036 (tentative)
