The Technical coordinator for the CaLP will be responsible for technical quality and direction of activities under the CaLP strategy 2012– 2015. The position will manage the Regional and Country Level Focal points as well as all Capacity Building Officers. The role will involve technical oversight of evidence based research, dissemination of tools and key messages and the provision of technical support as and when appropriate.
What we are looking for
You should have a significant amount of work experience in humanitarian and/or development work, with proven experience of working on cash and voucher transfer programming at programme management and coordination level. You should also have the necessary skills and experience to be able to:
- Substantial experience of working in a technical advisor role.
- Knowledge and experience to teach, capacity build and transfer knowledge and information
- Excellent interpersonal skills, together with the ability to remain calm under pressure and not lose sight of strategic priorities.
- Sound representation skills and an ability to use different presentation styles to suit various audiences.
